Eddy Sua, is the founder who triggered the idea of Capital Group Realty. Through her association with Mario Caprini from Capital Group REIA, a plan was designed and put into motion. Today the founding members which include 6 offices, have joined her effort in developing the ultimate real estate company with an outstanding TEAM in excess of 70 qualified agents through the Capital Group Realty family.

As President and Team Leader for Capital Group Realty, she is a top sales producer in the State of Florida, and has been servicing over 900 clients for over 15 years. She specializes in residential investments for foreign nationals and experienced in commercial real estate. Eddy Sua is the former secretary for the women’s council of realty in Palm Beach County, and has received numerous prestigious awards over the years. She is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Certified Property Specialist, Certified Buyer’s Agent, Certified Distressed and Foreclosure Specialist.

All new products and services are developed and tested in Capital Group Realty and upon the successful development of these programs or services; they are rolled out throughout all Capital Group Realty locations in South Florida.
